01 — Overview
About the project.
Nexora Health is a next-generation healthcare platform built for multi-specialty clinics and hospitals that want to move beyond legacy hospital software. It unifies appointment booking, online consultation, digital medical records, billing and an AI health assistant inside one calm, trust-first experience.
Patients can book appointments in under a minute, chat with an AI symptom checker, join secure video consultations, download prescriptions and view lab reports from any device. Doctors get a focused workspace for schedules, EMRs and follow-ups, while administrators see real-time analytics for revenue, occupancy and patient outcomes.
We designed the platform around three principles — clinical trust, speed and accessibility — and built it on a Laravel 12 backend with a modular front-end so new specialities, languages and locations can be rolled out without re-platforming.

Interviews with doctors, front-desk staff and patients to map the real appointment journey and pain points in the existing PMS.

UI/UX design system
Shipped a trust-first design language with an accessible blue/teal palette, medical iconography and a responsive component library.

Booking + patient portal live
Rolled out online appointment booking, patient portal and doctor profiles with SMS/email confirmations and payment integration.

AI health assistant
Integrated an AI symptom checker and follow-up recommender trained on triage guidelines, with clinician review on every response.
